The DTS-ETH-250M-2A is a specialized data acquisition card optimized for Raman distributed fiber optic temperature sensing (DTS) systems, designed to capture and process weak Raman scattering signals with high precision. It adopts a Gigabit Ethernet port for seamless data transmission with upper computers, supporting the small-end data format for fast and stable communication.

Equipped with 12-bit dual-channel synchronous acquisition, the card achieves a maximum sampling rate of 250MSps and a 0.4m spatial resolution, enabling accurate temperature detection and positioning along the entire fiber optic link. The built-in high-performance averaging engine supports up to 65536 times averaging, effectively suppressing noise and improving the signal-to-noise ratio — a critical requirement for Raman DTS systems to detect weak temperature signals.

Each channel supports a maximum of 32768 acquisition points, meeting the data collection needs of long-distance fiber optic temperature monitoring applications such as power cable monitoring, oil & gas pipeline temperature detection, and industrial tank temperature monitoring. The card offers two versions (with/without housing) to adapt to different system integration and installation environments.

The DTS-ETH-250M-2A adopts UDP protocol for high-speed data communication with upper computers, with simple and easy-to-operate workflow and default parameters for quick system debugging:

  • Default Communication Parameters:IP=192.168.137.2, Port=8028, Data Format=Small-end
  • Default Acquisition Parameters:Sampling Points=16384, Averaging Times=30000
  • Basic Workflow:Set acquisition parameters → Trigger sampling → Data transmission via UDP → Real-time data processing & temperature analysis
