PD13 is a high-performance near-infrared photodetector specialized in AC/DC independent dual output design, exclusively built for fiber optical system integration and precision photodetection applications. Adopting high-quality InGaAs core material with a 70μm photosensitive area, it delivers an excellent responsivity of 0.9A/W @1550nm across a 1000-1700nm spectral range, ensuring ultra-sensitive light-to-electrical signal conversion for weak near-infrared light signals. The detector integrates a high-performance photodiode, low-noise transimpedance amplifier and high-frequency RF connector in a durable aluminum housing, with a standard FC fiber flange input for seamless coupling with FC optical cables and SMA female output optimized for miniaturization and maximum frequency response. Its core highlight is the fully independent AC/DC dual output channel, with the AC channel supporting a high-speed 150k-100MHz bandwidth for dynamic signal capture and the DC channel covering DC-150kHz for steady-state signal measurement, realizing simultaneous detection of different characteristic optical signals.
