1064nm is a special wavelength that has a wide range of applications in optical communications, biomedicine, and atmospheric aerosol lidar.
1064 nm is also a rather awkward wavelength. Because InGaAs materials and Si materials can not achieve the peak response of 1064nm.
We choose silicon material and do 1064nm enhancement optimization, so as to have 36A/W (λ=1064nm,φe=1μw, M=100) responsiveness at 1064nm.

We use this 1064nm enhanced APD chip to make a TO package device. It is more convenient to do customer use. At the same time, we developed a 1064nm APD photodetector module.
