Product Introduction

The APD20 series Fiber-Coupled APD Amplified Photodetector is a high-performance optical detection hardware module, supporting 400-1700nm broad wavelength detection with a fiber-coupled input design and a configurable bandwidth of 10MHz to 400MHz. It features ultra-high sensitivity for nW-level optical power detection, integrated M-factor temperature compensation, and compatibility with both single-mode (SM) and multimode (MM) fibers, ideal for weak light signal detection and distributed fiber optic sensing systems.
