PD510C is a professional low-noise near-infrared photodetector with integrated high-performance amplification circuitry, specifically designed for free-space optical systems and precision NIR optical detection applications. Based on high-quality InGaAs core material, it features a 2x2mm photosensitive area and a broad near-infrared spectral response range of 800-1700nm, with an excellent responsivity of 0.9A/W @1310nm for superior light-to-electrical signal conversion. The detector integrates a transimpedance amplifier, driver stage amplifier and high-frequency RF connector, all optimized for compact size and maximum frequency response performance. Highlighted by 8 adjustable gears for gain and bandwidth, the PD510C enables flexible parameter adjustment to perfectly match diverse application requirements, from high-speed NIR signal capture to ultra-weak near-infrared light detection.
