PD10A-VIS is a visible 400-1100nm amplified detector with Si-based PIN-type photodiode, using fiber-coupled FC/APC interface input and low noise output.

Introduction
PD10A-VIS series silicon photodetector is mainly designed for detecting fiber-coupled visible light. The internal photodiode with PIN-type Si material responds to wavelengths from 400-1100nm, and the fiber optic FC flange coupling interface is more convenient for fiber optic input.
Like PD10A series, the same amplification circuit is used to maintain high gain while minimizing noise. 200M, 500M and 1G bandwidths are available for standard products.
