PD11 is a professional AC coupled high-speed photodetector exclusively designed for ultra-fast near-infrared optical signal detection and high-precision fiber optical system integration. Based on high-quality InGaAs core material, it features a broad 1000-1700nm spectral response range with an excellent responsivity of 0.9A/W @1550nm, ensuring ultra-sensitive conversion of weak near-infrared light signals into electrical signals.
