Obverse Composition:
The left interface is used for, after more than 4 channels, the optical switch expansion module, which can be externally connected to 2-16 channels of external optical switches.
The backside consists of:
(1) Fuse 2A (in case of misconnection and burnout, please contact the supplier);
(2) 24V DC Airline Plug Power Supply Female Socket (direct connection to factory standard power supply);
(3) RLY1-RLY8 Relay Module (DC24V drive recommended, do not connect 220V AC voltage!!!);
(4) CH1-CH4 fiber optic outlet (green flange corresponds to the silkscreen for the channel number, said the fiber optic channel, FC/APC connector, pay attention to the channel when not in use, the cap at any time to prevent dust, in addition to fiber optic connectors pay attention to cleaning, it is recommended to use a special fiber optic head cleaner or alcohol sponges wipe clean);
(5) Network port RJ45 (main interface for external communication, can be connected to a switch or router, T568B universal cable);
(6) RST reset hole (the factory default IP address and port of the device is 192.168.100.123:5000; if you have modified the IP and forgotten the IP and port, you can use a toothpick, SIM card skimmer, paper clip, pencil, tweezers, and other hard and thin physical objects to restore the factory IP communication settings when the host computer is powered on and running);
(7) RS232 serial port (can be connected to the RS232 to network port module, and RJ45 to form a dual network port independent communication transmission of all the temperature data and alarm data and parameter configuration, etc.; can be sent externally through the standard ModbusRTU protocol for each fiber-optic channel of the maximum value of the temperature of the partition; in addition, the RS232 interface can be used for the system firmware upgrades);
(8) 2-RS485 (G, B, A), where ABG represents RS485 line A, B and GND respectively. 1-485 (A, B, G) is mainly used for external transmission of the highest temperature value of the partition, the maximum number of partitions per channel is 124, modbusRTU by the third-party device, send the command to fetch data.;
(9) 1-RS485 (G, B, A), where ABG stands for RS485 wires A, B, and GND, respectively. 2-485 (A,B,G) is mainly used for plugging in up to 64 relay modules or communicating with fire alarm units.
5.1:RJ45-TCP direct or through switch networking
With customized non-standard modbusTCP protocol, the data volume is about 20KByte/s. The customized non-standard modbusTCP can be seamlessly connected with our software.
5.2:RS232 Serial to Ethernet - TCP direct or through switch networking
Communicate with our software through customized non-standard modbusTCP protocol, the data volume is about 20KByte/s, after the serial port is enabled, it can be used in parallel and simultaneously with 5.1 communication mode to form a dual-network port communication mode; through the standard modbusRTU, the temperature data of the maximum value of the partition of each channel will be sent to the outside world through the 03 function code, and the maximum number of partitions of each channel is 124, that is, one channel one temperature data, maximum 124 temperature points. One channel one temperature data, maximum 124 temperature points, each temperature point represents the maximum temperature data of a region.
5.3:1-485 (A,B,G) is mainly used for external transmission of the maximum temperature value of the partition

5.4:Alarm Linkage
1-485(A,B,G), mainly interact with fire alarm communication (modbusRTU), 1-64 relay expansion, either one. At the factory, the fire alarm protocol or 1-64 relay expansion is selected.
